We had our third ever Joint localities Members' Forum last week. About a third of our member practices attended as well as several members of the CCG Board. The agenda was focussed on quality - of the services that we are responsible for commissioning, and those that our member practices provide. The Make A Difference Alerts featured highly as a means of harnessing patient and clinician insights into secondary and community care services. We had some excellent round table discussions exporing how the CCG can support practices to improve. The session will be written up and will inform our CCG plans for improving the quality of primary care. You can find the Make a Difference button on the CCG website home page.
