Community Health Services

Wandsworth commission community health services from St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust.

These services are delivered by the Community Services division at St George’s and deliver accessible NHS healthcare services to adults and children in local sites (health clinics across the borough, schools, special schools and Queen Mary’s Hospital) and, where necessary, in their homes.

Areas of care include nursing, therapies and specialist services. Through assessing, treating, educating and caring for local people, we improve their health, enable their wellbeing and enhance the quality of their lives. Some of the services on offer include health visiting, physiotherapy, respiratory nursing, podiatry and immunisation.

To find out more about the range of services that are available go to the Community Services page on the St George's website.
